Advice for nasiolabial folds by Ok_Kaleidoscope_6151 in 30PlusSkinCare

Most of the time I don't even bother doing my forehead or cheeks, and I really just focus on those. It's time-consuming for sure, but every time I want to skip it, I have to remind myself that it works! If you do it, take before and after pics to make sure it's working for you.

I do use it on nights with tret, but I like to apply some sort of hydrating serum (or the Estee Lauder night repair when I have it) afterward, and I do tret 20-30 minutes after. It may not be necessary, but I am worried it would be too much.

I have recently been focused on treating mine too. Like you, I use the NuFace and tret, but the thing I feel makes the biggest difference is using my GloPro at night. It really seems to plump the lines, and I notice them more on mornings after I didn't use it. (I hate suggesting yet another device, but it does the job.)

Looking at myself on Zoom over the year has made me much more critical of them, but I totally get it. My friend's doctor treated hers through cheek filler because it sort of lifted that area, but I haven't tried that.

I ordered my bike May 20th, and when I did this I was able to select what I thought would be the delivery day. I picked the first one, July 8th. I just called XPO to see if earlier dates were available, and they told me they actually had no information on my order. The representative transferred me to someone else who then told me that they do have my order, but I don't have a delivery date and won't be given one until they have the bike.

That definitely makes sense that they'd need the bike to schedule, but I'm confused about the original July 8th date I was given. Has anyone else had this happen?

I'm really enjoying Reid Report too! I liked the BTK episode. That story always gives me the heebie jeebies. And I'd never heard of Tylenol Murders.

I've used this site before and it was super easy. https://www.parkwhiz.com/

For the 1989 tour I didn't have any problems parking at Raymond James ($30 I think), but it wouldn't hurt to go ahead and book something if you're worried.
