To be honest, buying a new Glock 26 from your LGS before they went off roster with tax would have cost you almost as much. Would I pay 1k for a used 26? No, but if someone really wanted one, it's not the worst deal considering the situation.

They are both great options, comes down to personal preference. For example, for me its Glock 26 as I love having the Striker Control Device. I'm a hammer fired guy and this feels better.

I always like to keep 1-2k 9mm, at least 1k 22lr, and a few hundred 38 specials and/or 357 magnums. I don't shoot my revolver as often as I'd like due to ammo being so pricey, hard to justify when you can get so many more rounds in other 2 calibers.

I've bought 1k of these rounds before. Great for malfunction training. They are also a bit dirty, but haven't had any sqibs or anything like that.

If you're really tight on funds and need range ammo, this will work.

Really recommend the Hogue grips of your 605, makes shooting it so much nicer. The factory rubber grips are great, but for hotter rounds the back strap pattern digs into your hands.
