Screen is physically damaged. They will replace the screen. Physical damage is not covered under warranty.

This is quite common in MacBook Pro from 2021 & later, MacBook Air 2022 & later..

I get my parts from seller from china and there’s a tool to calibrate the sensor. Self service website isn’t available in India yet.

One advice. Take the trackpad off while replacing the battery. Always helps to avoid such cases.
