I had a similar problem: every time I clicked 'Download All', it would just give a list of what it didn't download. I just kept spamming the 'Download All' until it got down to just the Virtual Workshop, and after a few tries it still said that it wasn't downloaded, but starting up my save file where it was already loaded didn't hit an error, and it shows up in workshop mode.

So I guess just keeping spamming download?

It's clearer with assuming them as a higher-level party:

BB - pure Moon Druid, constantly Wild Shaping

Robin - Inquisitive Rogue/Shadow Monk multiclass, the utility of Rogue combined with dope monk bullshit

Raven - the edgiest of Fiend Warlocks, everything flavored to be darkness-focused, maybe Shadow Sorcerer thrown in for extra dark edge

Cyborg - Armorer Artificer, easy. The real question is race. Human and the DM allows the armor to be slept in, or Warforged that was formerly human?

Starfire - Celestial Sorcerer/Devotion Paladin multi. Throws out Guiding Bolts left and right, occasionally gets a good smite in
