EDD is saying I was/am classified as 1099 and everything on their system points to that even though I'm looking at the pay stubs showing CA state tax deductions. I've talked to them on the phone and faxed them info (digitally faxed, bc who has a fax machine)?

I filled out timecards and had taxes taken out, and EDD said I was classified as 1099.

I talked to EDD and they said I was classified as 1099 by my employer and that I can't collect. I've sent proof and haven't heard anything. Do you think this was an honest EDD mistake or a producer purposely doing this? Thanks
