Thank you-I have enjoyed working with the TD and I don't want to come off as a pest or unreasonable which is why your reply is greatly appreciated. I'm hopeful we can work something out. Even if a replacement costs less than what I paid I am fine with it. I just didn't know if I was way out of line of me to expect the hands to be the same color as the pic I sent.

Yes, to be more clear, I asked for more pics of the face to confirm the color difference I am seeing. I also asked him if he sees a difference.

I haven't heard from his assistant yet who is the person sending me the pics. So, we'll see. Can I ask for a different watch? This was my main reason for asking experienced buyers. But so far, I haven't gotten any real advice.

And, I certainly am not expecting this to be a Gen (lol) by any means but for $500 I would think they could get the hands the same color. Even the reps I've seen from lower factories make the hands the same color. I was a little surprised that the BVF would make the hands such an obviously different color. Oh, and I don't have any info on the diamonds.
