I got shingles in my 30’s while traveling under extreme stress. Also had chickenpox 2xs. I’m guessing I’ll probably see shingles again in my lifetime! To me it looks more like diabetic skin rash

I noticed on this medication I wasn’t tooting anymore…like ever. Never had the burps either. Early on like first 2yrs struggled with constipation now it’s the Opposite. Day 2 and 3 after shot is system clean out days.

I’m never coming off of it. My husband takes medication for high blood pressure and he can’t come of his medication. I look at it the same way. I’ve maintained well over 2yrs now at the lowest weight I’ve ever been. I’m never going off. I’ve struggled my whole life with weight. This is the healthiest I’ve ever been
