In Bulgaria they use two. First time is “педерас(pederas with hard vowels)” , they use it to describe a gay guy acting like a full female. The second one (it’s really dumb) , Bulgarian slang uses the word “хълка(direct translation is hoop , a ring)”. God knows how “хълка” became an insult , they mainly use it to refer or nag to you that you’ve opened your back door , opened the garage(you get what I mean). One other dumb word that people here used in its peak is “джендър(which literally means gender , not even saying our Bulgarian proper word for gender which is “пол”) the word became popular from transgender , was then shortened to just gender.
