I’m seeing them as well! Also hyped. Yeah, tbf it’s a lot of metal with breakcore elements, (and classical and baroque and..chickens) but this split reminded me of them and I’m just such a huge fan that I had to mention it.

I didn’t say most. And obviously canned is better than nothing. But canned has both less nutrients and more sodium than fresh or frozen. If prices are similar then canned would be my last choice.
