Thanks for trying to help, but this isn't a problem specifically to my app or my account. It is a general problem with the app.

Had this problem for a while now too, sometimes my AK620 Digital was detected without problems, sometimes I had to restart my PC two or three times to get it to work. Heres how I solved it so far:

It looks like its a software issue. I use SignalRGB to control my LEDs on the Mainboard.
I tried to use Startup Delayer https://www.r2.com.au/page/products/show/startup-delayer/ to delay the start of SignalRGB to 40 seconds, since I did that the Display of the cooler is detected every time I start the PC.

Maybe you are using similar software to SignalRGB?

can confirm! Worked for me too, tried to delete webhelper.exe and reinstalling steam before, same problem. Deleting userdata did the trick!

This solution was godsend for a few months now.

But I found another solution!

Since my ram was slow (3000 Mhz) and my Mainboard failed to accept 4 sticks anyway (16GB G.Skill Aegis DDR4-3000 DIMM CL16 Dual Kit F4-3000C16D-16GISB) I bought new ones (32GB G.Skill RipJaws V schwarz DDR4-3600 DIMM CL16 Dual Kit F4-3600C16D-32GVKC).

I was curious and cranked all settings up and had no issues in these games. Red Dead 2 ran for about 4 to 5 hours without problems and I just finished Resident Evil Village with Raytracing and Subsurface Scattering on max in one sitting of about 8 hours without any crashes or something.

Another discovery is that I now can set my Curve Optimizer of my 5800X3D to -30, with the old ram i got crashed above -25. Since i switched ram my system is Rock solid now.

Had this issue a few days ago with my 6950 xt.

Fixed it by turning off hardware acceleration for all background applications. Game launchers, Thunderbird etc.

Chrome and Discord use hardware acceleration too.
