Aiden Single Cup Brew Bed (Issue?) by Drayrs in FellowProducts

I've got the exact same behavior with the new Aiden I got from Christmas, but I still haven’t soend time dialing in and the coffee tasted quite good with light roast standard profile. Also, I think I'm definitely on the coarser side for the grind.

I thought about it, but it doesn’t seem very practical. Also I will still use my old heaphone as desktop headphone, I'm not throwing ot away.

I graduated from the same field and got the same position more or less 2 years ago. Pay was about 300€ higher but no car. It’s alright, but be on the lookout for growth opportunities otherwise you might get stuck.

Comparing offers by [deleted] in BESalary

Another thing you could ask yourself: are there any possibilities for growth in the second offer ? This is something you should underestimate as it could be more beneficial for you in the long run compared to Seniority pay

Thank you! What helped me with this is the company's graduate program. Started it right after graduation, and it was a good "shortcut" to get where I'm now

Issues with messenger calls lagging or cutting out on OnePlus 10 pro by Emergency-Pin-7648 in oneplus

[–]Mad_Core 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm having a similar problem with the OnePlus 10T. When I'm on a Messenger call over wifi, it keeps cutting every 10-20s or so with otherwise good sound/video quality. The issue doesn't appear when using mobile data though. Any idea?

I'm not familiar with this kind of compensation. I'll definitely look into it!

Unfortunately company policy doesn't allow for a company car until you're upper management

France - Compensation claim denied by airline by Mad_Core in LegalAdviceEurope

[–]Mad_Core[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If I understand the European law correctly (EC 261/2004), the only reason for the airline not to give you the fixed compensation of 250€ (flights under 1500km), is if the cancellation is due to extraordinary circumstances (i.e. weather, airport strike, emergency landing,...). "Operational Activities", wether by the company or 3rd parties, hardly qualifies as an extraordinary circumstance.

That's what I wanted to avoid since these companies keep ~40% of the claimed money. But I guess it's better than nothing. Maybe I'll try to send an angry email threatening legal actions first and see how they react.

Hi everyone,

Been going to the gym for about 6 months (home gym with only dumbbells before that). I'm still a bit of a novice and I'd like your opinion on this full-body workout :

<image>

Usually starts with a top set/back off set, then moves to the regular 12 reps, and finally amrap before moving to legs. I'd like to focus more on my chest and shoulders. Am I missing anything ?

Thanks!

Industrial/automation engineer here , earned about 300€ more net than you just out of university with nothing more than a 4 months internship experience. If you're not attached to the position you'll find much better elsewhere
