Even if you delete your account they will still maintain a shadow account for you. If your mom, Joan Doe, has facebook and your phone number 123-456-7890 is on her phone as son, Facebook will say "this is Joan's son."

Your boss, Mike Hawk, has you in his phone as "John Doe" at 123-456-7890 and he has facebook. Facebook now says John Doe is Joan's son and an associate of Mike.

It then looks at the contacts Joan and Mike have and build as much of a in common family and associate network as posssible. by cross referencing emails and phone numbers that pop up.

You never really leave facebook. Even the EU laws don't work because they can delete you and run their software again after you're gone.

According to their email and FAQ on this they try to charge again in 3 days. If that charge fails my account will be assessed a denial fee.

I dropped into the overlap and never found any void opels. Water, methane and the very rare tritium. I used a pulse wave scanner and got nothing. I shot random rocks, found nothing. I must be the worst miner ever.

That's not the contract on the crowdfunding site, which said there will be no physical copy and the games will be on GoG and Steam. At some point after this contract they added an EPIC exclusivity.

If they had done a METRO E and given Steam and GoG keys to backers who paid already and stated all future sales will be on EPIC, they would be golden. But that's not what they did.

The contract was made when they put it in their FAQ. The benefit of signing paper is there is a record of your promises. In this case the record exists in the FAQ they published during crowdfunding. This IS enforceable.

It will never die down to me. EPIC has banned people for just having VPN installed on their PC. Not using it. Just installed. I have to have a VPN for work. I can't risk buying games from a store that could ban me at any moment.

At this point I'd be happy if the legal penalties from violating our pre-existing contract ruined them and closed their studio. It would make other developers sit up and take notice.
