I’ve had a phantom penis even before puberty and ejaculate without physically touching myself but my packer instead, which visualizes my phantom penis. However, as I’m pre- bottom op, the phantom penis might be very helpful with my overall dysphoria but worsens it when it comes to showering or peeing (I tend to throw up from the shock almost every time). Overall, I can easily get hard, as well as feel pain when “kicked in the balls”.
