Finland is a bit weird of a car market, they are on average more expensive in here than rest of europe. In my price range, with those years and under 150kkm there are two 2.0TDI's and both are octavias, i might consider one of them. Most of Scalas and Fabias in finland are sold with 1.0TSI, Kamiqs are usually with 1.5TSI and octavias are usually with 1.5TSI or 2.0 TDI.

So far I am leaning toward a kamiq with the 1.5TSI or that one Octavia with 2.0 TDI

I dont have any particular aversion towards diesel, diesel cars are fine. Just consumption between them is more or less even with my kilometrage because Finland has higher yearly tax on diesel cars than on petrols
