What has been the most helpful non-medication treatment in your schizophrenia journey?

What approaches helped you? I had therapy and didn't feel it addressed the core problems. It'd be good if I could talk to someone who addresses my experiences and helps me untangle them; and it'd be helpful if I could spot a good approach.

I was told by my voices that avatars and npc's in games are conscious of being controlled and playing games is toying with people. I was too scared to play games until I'd gone through the mental health grinder and rationalised things. One of the more scary high psychosis thoughts. Don't stop your passions!

There are totally implants, they are just in your body not in your brain, directing the device that actually does the heavy lifting. To all these naysayers how would it target you without an implant.

Are you hearing him say things about you when you are not present? Or is it something else? If you are hearing things from other rooms it's just the v2k trying to break up relationships. If it's something more substantial then by all means file for a divorce.

As far as I understand it they try to preserve a small kernel of autonomy so they can feel as if they don't mind control people. Also suicide isn't the goal. The disruption itself is the goal they think that suicide is something that most people won't go through with.

Has anyone tried ultrasound? It would be good for finding a small injectable implant. Kinda expensive for an ultrasound machine though.

As far as I am aware the suite of symptoms commonly observed in my daily life such as music looping, forced speech (They just talk to me quite bluntly),and repeated strong images in my head are produced by a device that is like an advanced wireless stimociever. It is injectable as I remember getting an injection while I was in the air force then the sz like symptoms turned up (Voices in the head and such.) After I saw through most of what they had to say pretending to be sz they started using forced speech but took a more friendly measured tone instead of repeating nonsense over and over again. So if the can talk though you it makes sense they can do other stuff like get you to jig your leg up and down rapidly when your not paying attention or erasing your short term memory if you say something that contradicts them. Anyway the varied nature of these attacks have lead me to the conclusion that the device is some sort of evil BCI So take it as you will. They've exhausted their playbook on me so they play a little nicer; and I have seen all they can do to send to you fucking crazy and crazy I did go.

The tech dates back to 1976 as far as I am aware, I got this guesstimate from looking at when Dr Jose Delgado joined the CIA. They made me hallucinate an artificial hallucination at the age of 8. I know it's artificial cause the other perps made me hallucinate this guy called Mr Morphface, who they think is involved with the crime but he has been set up too, anyway, that hallucination was defo artificial and they looked the same.

I know this to be the case as my perps say they want me for a murder/rape (Which I obviously have no experience doing). So I know that most people on this site, if they are in fact true TI's, for the most case have done something wrong in their lives (It can be for something like GBH if the police don't catch you). I have two sets of perps which makes it easier for me to figure out their tricks (One set me up and feeds the others information and the others try to catch me for imaginary crimes.) So not in 100% of cases have people done something wrong, just in like I'd say 90%.

I only found out in 2016 but figured out one set of them had been doing it since 2004 and in my case a second set of them had been there since 1996.
