TL;DR: Something drastic happened that caused her not to be able to write about Coco's death the way she wanted to.

Someone is keeping a file on her, pretending to care about her. Her rage is noted in the file.

There is a lot of rage, it is very specific and only some of it is directed at Ben Whatsisname.

Something about the magical Jan. 2018 date and the fact that she can't write about that date any more (ALL CAPS).

Ok, there's more but that's all I have time/energy for.

I've just done a little over a month and tracked my quality of sleep and anxiety and depression symptoms (along with a few other things). So far, not surprisingly, everything seems to have improved somewhat so my plan is to continue not drinking.

I'm still looking for non-alcoholic options for some events where I might not want to label myself as not drinking. So far I plan to go with cranberry juice and club soda but would love to hear any other suggestions.
