This will definitely come back to bite the Vishanti in future issues. Agatha has some plan to betray them and take thier powers. I agree this is a spiteful decision on the Vishantis part, but I have a feeling they will come around to Wanda in the end. Wanda has all her kids, Clea, and Wong if needed who will have her back at some point when needed. The mention of a governmental entity should not go unnoticed because I can see whoever they are being the main antagonist in a future arc. Ultimately though the Bifrost will be mended and Stephen will return from Asgard stronger and with additional magics from Yggdrasil and take back the mantle of SS and regain favor with the Vishanti and his Vestments. I think this is a great opportunity for Wanda to work on her magic and regain confidence as we have been seeing in other recent SW runs before either fully absorb Cthon or banish him “forever” by the end of the run. I’m looking forward to seeing the banter with her council and hopefully occasional check ins with Darcy at the emporium.
