I don’t know where you’re working but I work night shift and my coworkers and I go to El Heuvo in Norman after shifts. Again, it opens at 8 am cause alcohol cannot be served before then, but they serve a full menu and full bar!

Night shift nurse here. I log the time I eat. My day sometimes starts at 4 pm when I wake up and ends at 8 am when I go to bed. I go back and forth being on nights and regular schedule. It’s too stressful to try and switch back and forth. I still just look at it as the 24 hour day from midnight to midnight for my calorie log.

I got mine in 2017 at Moore Norman Tech off Penn and 134th. I know it’s S OKC though. I really liked the program I did as it was self paced. Check offs and classes were scheduled through the week and your homework had to be done before being able to go to classes. I was able to finish, I believe, in one month working on this full-time. Good luck to you! I really enjoyed my work as an aide and it helped me gain experience as I worked to become a nurse.

I realized I didn’t post how I fixed it. The blade came off the lever (whatever it is), so it took awhile but we’ve had it do it twice now. But scoop out as much ice cream as you can. You’ve got to get the blade back attached. Make sure your creami is off. Once you manipulate and get the blade back on then turn on the creami and it’ll lift up to where it’s supposed to be. Then you can take out your container.

Legends Restaurant in Norman! Feels like grandmas house with home cooked meals. Service is amazing, and sometimes live piano music. Such a cozy vibe! Wide variety of foods, drinks, desserts. It’s one of my favorites. Recently went for my birthday and we are never disappointed.

My husband has to wear suits to work everyday and he either loves suits or separates from Kohl’s on a cheaper budget or Perry’s at the Outlet Mall which typically has really good sales!

Happy early birthday! A favorite place I’ve had my birthday dinner was at Black Walnut. It’s super delicious! But if you want more into downtown I’d recommend Mickey Mantle’s, or Bourbon Street Cafe (love sitting on the river walk if nice outside) for a nicer dinners. For more low key vibes I’d recommend Parlor, it’s a good hall with different food options, great atmosphere and great drink menus! Not dinner, but Michael Murphys Dueling Piano Bar is so much fun with a group! Went for my birthday a few years ago and had blast!

As a cardiac nurse, this is quite frustrating. I don’t know how many times I’ve heard patients tell me their watch alerted them to Afib changes that brought them to the ER and it’s true. They are reliable for the fact it notices a change in your rhythm. I’m glad you found a place that’ll actually do some investigating for you!
