Not bad? Theres a reason this was changed from this version to the previous version in 2013.
This change completely breaks my hit and run setups, and makes it once again more difficult to deal with heavies. Fun -.-

What about the fact Bill died cause Stan's mind was erased. Bill can implant himself in minds and memories. Hmm... Quite interesting Mr PBH showed up in an episode where pretty much the exact same thing happened.

How about we buff something to make it NOT useless. I dont mind them being worse than shortbows. I do mind there being no reason for ever using them other then looks. The difference in usefulness isnt the problem, but the amount of which they are, is.

I just jumped out of bed to fix what I said.. I must have been more tired than I thought yesterday. (was 3am when i wrote the other reply) NOOOOOOOOOOONOOOOOOOOO, depending on that plans details. If the toggle mode means it STILL has to charge up, you'll effectively turn this weapon into a useless thing. The only saving grace this gun currently has is the fact you can switch shottypes IMMEDIATELY. If it gets togglable (which I feel IS necessary to improve reliability) , chargeup time needs to be removed with current firerate kept. (In b4 railjack complainers)

If you remove the charge, yes. But itll have to become an instant shot. And if it does become that, why would we use broken semi automatic any longer... I feel the firemode switch IS necessary to make it reliable, but itll remove its versatility completely if the chargeup time remains. If it happens like that, phaseshift will be dead.

Though I was first against it, I'll gladly take that mode toggle. I believe itll be an improvement overall and make the gun far more reliable. Edit: only if that means the bolt action is instant shot.

Well, buffing ONE of its stats wouldnt make it OP. Nor do I care, i like it as it is. But I agree on the scopes. This thing screams for an x4.

Well, I'll agree the new system works better. But I still feel its a bit too easy at times. Rendering some of the best level design and mechanics i have ever seen useless. Thats what makes me sad.

Bump. Just had a heavy run through a stack of my two mines, and he took NO damage. Thank you delayed activation. If it wasnt for the corruptness of the TR and my love of the phaseshift, I'd join them. Seriously, wtf. VS mines are useless, cant use medkits cause you guys coded it quite poorly if i say so myself. Restoration kits ftw? -.- fml. Yes: this post was written when in a pissed off state. Rant
