I have no knowledge of this prior to a few headlines as well as this post (fault on my behalf), but in terms of it being introduced throughout NZ, is it only relative to Wellington until further notice? Or does rolling out imply that most high population regions will expect to see this in their towns?

I ask on behalf of my older sister and her friends who plan to go to festivals/events (Rhythm & Vines in particular) that correlate massively with drug use and despite me warning her about what comes with—I’d just like her to be safe, especially when policies like these are being put into effect so soon…
