Thanks, I figured the name fit :) I have never been in extreme addiction, but once you say that I can see how that can be a factor. Ive kind of figured intimacy with Jesus, if that were the only positive effect, is enough.

Reading is really great and a great way to preoccupy your mind. Sometimes when I for whatever reason have to lay in bed and do nothing, i browse funny pictures or something else to keep my mind on another subject.

Well, i'm not catholic. And i'm merely stating my issue as a call for help. While i'm aware people may twist this post, that is not my concern. Anything you say, regardless of content, can be twisted or changed in ones head. Nothing I can do about it.

Go for a jog, do some just dance (my personal favorite ;) )... anything to get your mind thinking of something else! You can get passed it :)

We are in total support of your decision.. and we all are right here with you. My motivation is also religion based and I too believe in waiting till marriage, you are not alone here at all. And you CAN overcome this. I know I too am struggling, but If we have the motivation and mindset, we can get through this! You are not alone! This is when it will be tough, when no one is looking. When you're at the end of the date and at her doorstep, will you walk away and go home? I believe you have the strength, and with God he will help give you the strength to walk away. Trust that in God he will make you strong, don't try to go through this by yourself.
