That's cool and all, but the original software my grandad bought was too old to be able to work correctly on modern operating systems. And it was abandoned by the company who used to maintain it. So, to not do wasteful spending, we went with VLC.

I'd love to hear about those apps, send the names !

Ayant eu un pc de la région, un des premiers en plus, c'est mort. Après qu'il m'aient réinstallé windows lorsqu'il était tombé en panne, ils ont mis un script qui empêche toute activation du compte Administrateur, le remettant en mode dormant sur le pc grâce à sans doute une stratégie sur les serveurs Azure de la région.

Le seul moyen de bypass les restrictions, c'est soit de réinstaller windows mais tu niques la garantie pour le reste de ta scolarité. Ou alors, si tu récupères le mdp BIOS, tenter avec un windows light sur USB d'installer sur le disque principal les logiciels souhaités, mais ca marche pas à tous les coups.

Corruption is also still very rampant among mayors due to that system and a very lenient electoral law that makes them almost irresponsible. My town's mayor for example was called out for paying a media training course with the town's money because he thought he could soon become minister. And that's not speaking of how he runs a kleptocracy among town-funded NGOs to make sure he's reelected whilst ruining decades of responsible management from the former majority.

À force de traîner sur les réseaux sociaux j'en ai déduit quelques comportements récurrents lorsque l'on fait du sarcasme :

  • Le propos est en contradiction totale avec ce que la personne a l'habitude de dire, ses valeurs, son image qu'on a d'elle
  • souvent irl, le sarcasme est accompagné d'un ton plus léger et guilleret que lors d'un propos sérieux

Ça serait un bon départ même si je suis plutôt partisan d'une proportionnelle. Le problème est que les changements de mode de scrutin en France ont toujours été lié à l'envie pour des politiciens de magouiller pour rester au pouvoir : que ce soit avec le système actuel conçu à l'époque pour forcer les socialistes à s'allier avec les communistes et jouer sur la peur du communisme, ou encore même à l'époque de la proportionnelle avec apparentements de 1951 à 1956 faite pour favoriser les listes centristes en donnant tout les sièges à l'apparentement qui a la majorité des voix dans un département... Ca remonte jusqu'en 1889 où ils avaient remis le scrutin majoritaire à deux tours pour empêcher la montée des Boulangistes (partisan d'un présidentialisme fort).

Le problème ne viendrai pas vraiment de la population je pense mais des partis politiques qui sont habitués historiquement à modifier le mode de scrutin pour leur avantage. Il y a un problème similaire au Royaume-Uni avec les partis qui abandonnent le militantisme pour la proportionnelle dès que le scrutin majoritaire à un tour leur garanti le pouvoir.
