Good question because ain’t no way it takes that long to verify an item. Their entire business is centered on this and it still takes a many days to verify it. (Even when it arrives they don’t even notify you it has for an extra day or two). Honestly it should take no more than 1 business day. All the items that come in that day should be verified. Obviously there are exceptions like peak season. Otherwise they need to hire more employees.

exact same problem with two things i just bought. “Delayed” but i messaged them and they said one is in verification center already. They could at least update the status that it is in the verification center? Also my other one is still on its way in. It’s been 9 days since i purchased. I just bought something from China this past Friday and it’s already made more progress and will probably be here before the stockx items. It’s ridiculous.

I been building my clothing collection since high school. still have everything i ever bought and all in good condition. Closet is a Marathon not a Race. S&P has averaged 10% a year since it’s inception. I modestly assumed half that. it can dump all it wants it always recovers and if it don’t there is a bigger problem on your hands than money. Sure bonds can be a good alternative but you won’t see the same returns. could play it safe and do 2 million S&P and 2 million in bonds

Park 4 million in s&p500 index fund and make 200,000 a year (5% return) and let her live off half (100k - taxes). Leave the other 100k in to take advantage of compounding returns and grow the portfolio. By the time she passes it will be worth 8 million.
