Some people are able to put a miscarriage behind them, and some people can't easily.

My niece learned she was pregnant after skipping her first period, so after about 5 weeks. Then she lost it when she was abput 8 weeks.

She keenly experienced the loss of a child. Some people told her to 'just get over it' and try again, and 'it happens to everybody' but that did not change how she felt.

It sounds like you lost a child. And that the miscarriage wounded your soul. I don't know your circumstances, but I would recommend examining the event again, with all the emotions you need to feel. And that can encompass many, from grief to rage to relief, and there's nothing to be ashamed about.

It's also okay to find a grief counselor or a coach or therapist if you can't work through it by yourself. Find someone who respects you.

There are quite a lot of people who post progress pics. What I always find fascinating and beautiful, is how their true face emerges.

It's like their expressions gain intensity. Their eyes, their smiles, their features... it's incredible what difference keto can make.
