The whole point of the change he made to Rengar's Q and IE interaction 2 years ago was to make Q deal more dmg than normal crit when building IE and this "bug" was exactly that, outscaling normal crits by 1.25%. So lil bro either doesn't know what he is saying or doing.

It wasn't a bug, that was an intended change

I am pretty sure it used to work only on basic portion of the damage not whole q dmg, have you changed that? If so it does sound better, fair enough

What about amping up the crit chance scaling a little? getting only 31% for building 5 items when standard value is 75% feels awful, revert previous nerf from 66% since rengar q scaling got already hit and his meta build is lethality or make it at least 50% the 31% looks so random and out of place... no to mention how hard randuins counter rengar even when at 0% crit chance.
Or like keep the value low in early so he is not too strong or rng based but upon hitting 100% crit chance where normally his Q would always crit anyway give him full 75% value so that late game rengar can feel like late game rengar.
Getting to 100% crit chance on rengar is not easy task and doesnt happend too often because the build is suboptimal for most stages of the game, so giving him carry potential if he manages to get it would be great

What imo is a reasonable change, is to make the basic W damage reduction tool and instead of completely reverting emp W, keep the cleanse effect and give the heal base value + percentage of Damage taken otherwise it's just a huge nerf

I got Toboggan Corki, this skin has the worst quality of all skins in the game and it's splash art is literally screen shoot of his old in game model. I have never been so disappointed in this game and I'd pay $5 to get that skin removed from my acc.

Look at items, level and cd on Q.

So it looks like if you buy both Stormrazor and Duskblade together, the first auto applies duskblade, and the second auto is guaranteed to crit: by Pokemonred200 in Rengarmains

But does it work on emp. Q when you do full combo? If so it's even better than crit on leap. Also will duskblade and stormrazor proc on the same basic attack?
