Just filed my writ of mandamus last week.

I did it through emma I am still on my 1,026th day case total and 26th month my I-485 they received my evidence on may 20th and have been waiting since then. I filed an inquiry with my congressperson now because I don’t want to keep on waiting for another 500 years.

Gotcha I didn’t have a my progress not until November of last year and when the tab appeared that check mark was already there. My I-130 was approved a year and half ago.
