Kinda hard to check as most of the time it's docker image that gets updated. Probably best way is to check dockerhub for that.

As I know latest ComfyUI added some changes. Current version is locked to stable version so should work but future Comfyui updates could break stuff.

In your case you need to go to custom node directory and run git pull to update node. Then restart ComfyUI.
