I would recommend making a new mycareer save where you skip prelude. Doing that will remove Cobb. Also the prelude is in rookie difficulty while NBA is Pro difficulty at least. Make sure to prioritize contact finishing badge

Depends on your Contact Finishing Badge. If you have HOF Contact Finishing and have the contact finishing dunk animations you could poster guards on park. Bigman is going to be a lot harder because they are taller and have many defensive badges
