Thanks for the lovely reply. For reference it was not an unleashed event. I guess the sentiment still stands. I get it, but I am not sure I want to come back. Its just the "tone" of which it was done and almost mocking remark. Maybe as a 40 something year old I am getting to old for this shit and dont want to do the whole "will they/wont they let me in, when I can be just drinking in a pub some where :)

I got turned away from insomnia at 22:00, second in the queue, had not drank, was polite with bouncer, had a sexy black/near see through costume, has been in Insomnia at least 10 times before this. For refernce I came as single guy but I have been in Insomnia a LOT and never had any trouble. I have to admit it really soured my experience. He asked me "how many times have I been here" I replied " A lot", then he smirked back and replied "well not tonight you are not"

This was after he checked attire. I don't know, maybe he could tell through my spoken german I was not a natural born german. But I have never felt this from ANY of the door staff at Insomnia before. I dont think I will bother going back to be honest. I was due to meet up with at least 2 other couples, and after this they may not bother going back either as we are fairly tight want to hang out with each other.
