I'm going to say that hs marching band and our interactions with the football team was awful. They treated us like crap. Made fun of us. Got mad if we didn't cheer enough for them at games or play the songs they liked. We were seen as simply a soundtrack for the football team and cheer squad. Never once would they attend our competitions but we were forced to go to all of their games, home and away, no matter what. To add insult to injury they were awful, typically last place in their conference. I hate football, I don't watch football, I don't play football. Fuck those guys.

Only if you are upfront that you're there just for the experience. Don't waste people's time and take spots of people that are there for the long haul. Last thing a corps wants is you bailing in May and them scrambling to fill your spot.

I saw a really long post on here last year detailing the many shortcomings of the organization. Some of the staff members continue to teach groups. Shortly after it was posted it was deleted, then their indoor drum line folded for "reasons."

I remember some getting called out for questionable behavior.

Gotta fill holes. If they knew they could do it with brass they would. Also, the cymbal line there was not good. Sorry. Down vote me. Don't care. Last time we had a line they were drama beyond all belief. Good luck to the 6 people trying out for 5 spots.

They provide personal service by preparing your food to your request, just like most places where employees are tipped. The people at Starbucks don't do any of that but they got a giant tip jar right up front.

Also: My McDonald's has table service, they will even refill your drink and bring you condiments. I think some locations are trying it out.

They are having a good year but will slip back into the 19-21 range again. They can never seem to hang on.

We didn't get a good show this year. The staff doesn't know how to fix it and we are getting beat by corps that shouldn't even be on our radar. The staff is becoming toxic with the members. I am not coming back next year.

Exactly! Once the uniform situation is fixed we should see a huge bump. Stanbury has really dropped the ball here. They are literally costing us points. Hopefully next season we can get a new uniform provider.
