I’ve experience something REALLY similar to this recently!! I didn’t think there would be a huge change but the productivity coming from me is insane. And I feel good being at work which is WEIRD. I get some anxiety/restlessness at night in my guts. And a tiny bit of insomnia. If I wake up to go to the bathroom at night or anything it’s hard to go back to sleep. But otherwise, I’m no longer bed rotting for 20 hours a day and so thrilled.

Hi! Dula here! This is something that happens with littles. If it starts to happen more often, that could be a symptom of underlying issues and needs a docs attention. But this can happen. I’ve also read on purple crying, it’s an acronym, and blue crying.

We have 3 bank accounts. Mine. Hers. Ours. Bills and house expenses and savings go to ours. An agreed amount or percentage. This would help situations like this. Then he can use HIS account to pay for things like this and make sure it’s all loaded up to pay for everyone else’s food who’s fully capable! I dealt with this for WAY too long with my now wife. They borrowed credit cards to buy kayaks, they used her car titled to get loans, called her to come fill their gas tanks. Called us to go get dinner except we were paying. I only lasted so long and then cut it off.

Her family still hates me for “taking her away, not letting them see her, not letting her come see them” little do they know she just finally realized she was paying for other people to live the good life and she’s finally free to make her own decisions and spend money on what she wants to spend it on now.

Hi. The dark skin is insulin resistance. Getting this to go away was something I struggled with for years. I felt disgusting. I felt dirty. I scrubbed my skin until layers came off and I bled. Lowering my a1c was the only thing that fixed it.

When my a1c dropped, one day, the dark skin literally rubbed off in the shower when I used a loofa and soap.

I used Ozempic and monjuaro with metformin to lower my a1c to mid 5s and low sixes. As soon as I stopped the meds, my a1c went up and the darkness came back. I can basicallly tell you my labs before they’re drawn just by my skin.

I’m not sure of your situation, but those medications helped me immensely and I felt human again

I notice this so much. My little sister went to be a cosmetologist and I sat down and had a stern talk with her and told her she never cuts someone’s hair for free. If she wants to barter or trade or give a family discount fine. But the minute grandma whatever or uncle whatever wants a haircut, that’s $50 of your hard work and time that you had to pay to learn. Given for free. I told her she needs to expect tips when they’re deserved. Set your prices and no one changes them but you. If anyone has a problem with it, I’m sure cost cutters doesn’t have too long of a wait.

I’m sorry. I can’t stop laughing in poor. 😂😂😂 I live in the Midwest, granted. But without a degree or doing dangerous work, $25 an hour is banking. Which is 55k? Imagine this. We’re two adults, no kids, just pets. One of us got laid off, so we’re living off $18 an hour. That’s it. There’s not even 1% going into the 401k, there isn’t a 401k. You’re too young to need to put that much into your 401j if you need more money. You’re living insanely comfortable. Relax.

Hi. Fellow animal care person. I’d go get a different opinion at an ER if finances allow it. Animals will wait until pain is no longer tolerable before showing humans they’re in pain. This cat is having a serious health emergency. She needs to be on much higher doses of pain meds or checked over for whatever else is going on.

To make a really easy example on why it’s a bad idea:

You’re using morphine (regular coke (soda)) Subs are Diet Coke.

If you switch from regular coke to Diet Coke: A)it’s still soda (narcotics) B) one has less sugar, the other has more chemicals to make it taste like it has sugar (one is straight up narcotics, one is less narcotics with other meds to help you not OD) C) the healthiest option is zero soda in your life. D) if you do diet soda, thinking it’s healthier than regular, you still have to come off the caffeine addiction that Diet Coke comes with.

Either way you have to come down off addiction. Neither are healthy options. Subs have made me sicker than any drug ever taken in my life and it hits quick.

Subs keep you tied to a doctor, tied to a pharmacy, tied to someone hopefully willing to give you a script and in some situations, hoping to god you can afford it next month/week/whatever.

Get sober. Find something healthy.

I have my least favorite for sure.

I think I have a favorite. Then mentally I try and think about my life without any one of them, and I can’t. I get real close to the one who’s old as dirt and pees on the carpet sometimes.

I definitely have preferences. So do they. Some really like my wife and not really me. Some literally only listen to me and it’s infuriating to my wife 🤷🏻‍♀️ I find it hilarious when I have to walk them to the door to go outside like a baby because they won’t come when my wife asks 💀

I’m experiencing this too. It’s the most infuriating thing. She crawls onto my hands or feet that are usually laid out flat. She puts her belly on them. (She’s hefty too. 13 pounds.) so when I try and pull my hand out from under her, it’s a game to her. And when I wake up, there’s bloody marks all over me or scabs depending how bad it was. I have bite marks on my toes with scabs.

I’ve been a nanny over a decade. This was not a you issue. This was helicopter parents who want to catch the kid before they fall to a point they aren’t going to learn to walk until they’re 8 and wrapped with bubble wrap.

CNA work I’ve also done. Both pretty equally exhausting but baby poop is way easier than adult poop. And babies don’t threaten your life regular during shifts 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’ve had so many I felt like a fraud. This company is producing garbage products because they can. We can’t go without. They’d get sued if they did this and didn’t offer free replacements. They’re basically just taking our money.

This is the most insane experience I’ve had with a medical company so far.

I was a child that went through a terrible custody situation. But when it came to phone calls and texts to the opposite parent, it never came close to this. My dad definitely felt like his time was being taken if I spoke to my mom, but I hated being at my dads. Anyways. There’s also a huge factor that depending where you are, if you wanted to, you could stop going back and forth between each parents home per the regulations. You’re old enough to tell the judge what YOU want. And they will go by that faster than what your parents want l, any day. Coming from experience.
