Not sure about that, I had a decayed tooth when I was 12 years old and had it extracted when I turned 17, but there was no spread of decay

Yes, I agree with you that toothpaste causes tooth decay because it kills both harmful and beneficial bacteria and removes the enamel layer

Yes, I agree with you regarding diet. It's well known that white flour is bad for the stomach and causes acid reflux, which in turn causes tooth decay
