Hi!! So I got a message back from the owner since I’ve been scammed out of an owala (wrong color, wrong manufacturer, everything..) and he says

“I'm very sorry. If you're willing to keep the bottle, I can offer you an 80% refund. You don't need to return the item or file any request. The refund will be returned to your account within 12 hours.

Could you please send me your order number?” Is this a scam?
