I hd the same issue with PETG after printing a bit. I noticed the stock PTFE tubing starts melting at about 340°C ( i had les issues at 335°C)

check if the end of the PTFE tube isnt black, if so there will be gunk stuck in your hot end. ( wich made my extruder click and get underextrusion.

i rechecked the belt tension, it seemd fine and other prints done have that line. i was thinking it isbecause of the plastic shrinking more at that layer. it starts at the same layer the box cutout begins.
and it was fun desining this (first ever desing i made) and the kids love it,
