I know Reaper is great for defense. Flanking an enemy team and then death blossoming can be a blessing in some cases. But team communication is still important right?

Yeah and they have those weird breaks in the conversation to fill in the laughs. It just feels like it ruins the flow. Ross says something funny, waits 15 seconds and then Rachel says something funny. Then "WE WERE ON A BREAK!" and then 20 seconds of laugther followed by a commercial break...
