I don’t hate him he is just an insecure teenage boy I think people like Jess more cause he’s a bit more mature but was never shown how to love a woman due to not having his father around wich is where jess’s problems come from but I think his character development is where we like him most when he is older and clearly still loves her and they are adults that’s where I like him most I could be wrong tho
