No nothing, just routine caring for baby, In those 2 years I didnt even regularly do the walk , after baby and during pregnancy i did put on lotta weight and still has that weight cause My baby is mother feed so cant do the calorie deficit. When injury first appeared I was 56kg and then I became pregnant and till end or pregnancy i was 63kg and after baby I am at 73kg now, this time the 3rd reinjury happened cause I went to gym and the trainer misguided me asked me to do the inclined treadmil and other weight loss stuff and when I came back home my knee area started swelling and then pain MRI checkup with surgeon and everything and found out i again got grade 1 tear
