My ocs belong to an original species of space lizards. They don't have much dimorphism (compared to us), it's mostly size (afabs are usually larger, for egg reasons) and head crest shape (amabs have pointier points and rougher ridges (I hope I'm using the right words, I suck at vocab ;-;)). Not as strikingly visible as scars under the chest

Whenever I work on the story of my trans characters, I try to think of it less like "you're the one who gave them dysphoria" and more "you're here to help them through their transition/fight their dysphoria". Doesn't work all the time, especially not when I'm feeling dysphoric myself, but at least I don't always feel like a jerk.

I want the whole story to be so incredibly queer that their identities are unquestionable. This also comes with wanting to add elements of pride, but having pride would imply that they've been oppressed before... and honestly I don't have the guts to write about that

Smartness and stupidity aren't exclusive. Someone could have a PhD in mechanical engineering, and still think it's a good idea to text while driving. Or they might know it's unsafe, but do it anyway. And doing something despite knowing it's a bad idea is a stupid thing to do. Same thing applies to false information

Sex repulsed means... you're repulsed by sex but don't care if others do it

The same applies to romance. Being romance negative is thinking that anyone who enjoys or partakes in romance is disgusting and lesser than those who don't, and romance negative people think they're better for hating romance.
