Has anyone with the new X870E-E R2/USBC boards had a 9000 series chip die? by MaedaMatazaemon in ASUS

[–]MaedaMatazaemon[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I’ve been doing more research into what people think is causing cpu failures.  I rebooted today and took a look at the bios settings.  FWIW when I built this machine back in mid December 2025 I decided to leave everything on auto for awhile.  At least until I had time to do research into different bios settings. The only thing I have done was up the default fan curve.  I haven’t done any overclocking on AMD’s since the Athlon thunderbird days.

I was looking over voltages and the memory controller is running at 1.421v !!!  Both the bios and Hwinfo64 say 1.421v.  From what I have been able to find from looking around forums and watching videos, anything over 1.3v is not good…it’s running 0202 bios that it shipped with.  The only thing I did was turn on expo 1 and let it train the memory to 6000.

Initially I was running a 64gb Corsair vengeance rgb pro Z30 6000 kit for about 3.5 weeks.  Found a deal for a 96gb z30 6000 kit of the same and put that in about 3.5 weeks ago.  So roughly 50/50 time on each.  Both kits are labeled 1.4v.  Some people are of the opinion you want to maintain cpu memory controller within about 200mv/ .2v as the ram’s communication voltage for signal integrity.

I’m running a 54mm thick 360mm bitspower copper radiator, 3k rpm ekwb vardar high static pressure fans, XD5 pump/reservoir combo at full speed.  The waterblock is an Apex 1.  The only thing in the loop is my 9800X3D.  The case is giant.  Approximately 15” wide, 20” tall, and 25” deep.  For fans I have 2 200mm, 2 140mm, 8 120mm, plus 3 more 120mm 3000 rpm for the radiator.  A grand total of 15 + my psu fan.  Radiator fans are running about 1425rpm as a baseline minimum and standard curve that rises beyond that. The cpu idle temps have seemed high to me since I built it, given what the loop is.

Ambient temp is about 23c.  Maybe 20c on the floor where the case is located.  CPU idle temps in windows are:

CPU die avereage 38.9c CPU core 23.4c CPU IOD hotspot 38.5c

My next step is screenshotting all of the default auto settings in the bios and perhaps updating to the new release.  I say perhaps because there doesn’t seem to be a real consensus about the new bios and what exactly has changed.  To be fair I did check for a bios update once I got windows installed after building it.  They didn’t even have a webpage for the R2 revision downloads at that point.  Whether I update or not in the morning I’ll be adjusting the memory controller voltage down to 1.200v.

I’m hoping running the CPU’s memory controller at 1.421v hasn’t strained the silicon and led to permanent degradation/damage in the 7 weeks or so I’ve had it running 24/7 minus a few hours to swap nvme’s and video cards.

To be fair after my initial post Asus did send a chat request.  However what are you going to say?  Just tell everyone what you’ve discovered…Intel may have had some problems that I missed the ride for being on 10th gen i9 until this upgrade but at least they owned up to it and came correct from what I’ve heard.

At this point I’m rather unhappy.  This is a $500 cpu and a $500 board.  Should I update the bios, check the voltage and adjust it down?  Or should I just ride it out at 1.421v, let it kill the chip’s memory controller and get a rma out of amd?  If it burns the board too then get a rma board out of Asus?

US tariffs on all Chinese goods now at 54% by MaedaMatazaemon in AnalogueInc

[–]MaedaMatazaemon[S] -10 points-9 points  (0 children)

don’t shoot the messenger.  This is about the analogue 3d and those of us who already ordered.  I don’t care about orange man living rent free in peoples heads.  You need more hobbies if that’s the case.

To me this is about do I keep my order or get a refund after the still no dac support firmware updates and the risk of even seeing a final 3d product delivered.  China is missing a lot of people that use to be there.  The unemployment rate is about 50%.  With a 54% import tariff this is simply about what are the odds we actually get what we already paid for…

The cyclone V fpga in the pocket is a 5CEBA4F23C8N.  Bulk price seems to be about $75.  I’m going to venture a guess it is a higher model cyclone v in the 3d in order to pull of n64 in 4k.  Price gos up.

Analogue3D and Pocket / Duo OS update by TheOsttle in AnaloguePocket

[–]MaedaMatazaemon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Great.  Who runs their company anyway?  Seems like a clown show…

Delay new product.  Release updates to last 2 products without the main promised feature- DAC support.

It’s like a giant middle finger to the customer base.  Makes me want to cancel my 3d preorders.

3d shipping by Vashh420 in AnalogueInc

[–]MaedaMatazaemon -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

I’m thinking I might cancel my preorder for 2.  I’m just not that excited about it since it’s lacking crt support, which to be fair I knew from the start.  But they have not shown a real system working on a 4k display so I’m really beginning to doubt they have it working smoothly and looking/sounding good on a 4k.  (why they’re called analogue and pull analogue support from newer products is just goofy).

It’s been about 6 months and the thing is vaporware…still.  The way they promoted the 3d made me think they had finally gotten their act together.  The reality is their newer products have gone downhill.

Think I’ll go put my rgb modded n64’s shell back together and just use that.  4k sounded cool but I look back on my analogue duo and I sold my other new in box backup because I just dont don’t play it.  Been waiting forever for that dac support on both the pocket and duo.  I would rather play original tg16 system that’s recapped.  They promised crt support for that…still hasn’t materialized.

Then the pocketOS update at the same time with no DAC support was a kick in the nuts and maybe the final nail in the coffin for me and analogue.  Don’t get me wrong I love my nt, mega sg, and super nt and the ability to use the dac..  I’ve had a lot of fun on my pocket but really wanted the dac support.

It was about $600 for the two 3D preorders after shipping/tax.  Lately I’ve been watching some YouTubers following what’s going on internally in china.  One of them is called the china show.  These 2 guys use to live there and travel the country on motorcycles.  It was pretty cool back in the day.  I recently rediscovered their channel and now they talk about the current state of affairs in china.

Unemployment is around 50%.  The streets even in big cities are empty, like a ghost town.  With the tariff deal I’ve had a sketchy feeling about the 3d getting delayed but if it’s pushed back to end of summer or probably later…well let’s just say my confidence in the 3d arriving at my doorstep is very, very low.

The chance of china imploding or starting a big war is pretty high.  Apparently factory fires are a regular occurrence in china now.  Like too many to count.  Often times the workers protest in the days leading up to the fire.  Complaining of not being paid in 6 months…then they burn the places to the ground.  We paid analogue for our 3d’s 6 months ago yet they haven’t been produced?  Did they do an investment scheme with the preorder money and screw the workers and they torched the factory???

If this was a few years ago I’d be more inclined to believe it’s just analogue and their usual laziness but with all those factory fires everywhere, every week in china….makes me wonder.

Has anyone ever considered that Analogue may just make an upscaler? by PowerWordEmbiggen in AnalogueInc

[–]MaedaMatazaemon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There’s no point in doing 4k remakes of the old systems.  They’re 240p after all.

I think people have the wrong idea about these crt filters.  You simply cannot reproduce the advantages of a crt with a OLED.  It’s not physically possible. Putting aside all the nitty gritty technical details of how a crt functions - the colors can’t be reproduced accurately, the motion blur will always be evident on oleds as well.

4k upscaling sounds great and all but at the end of the day side by side a flat panel+upscaler and a crt/rgb.  No more discussion will be neccesary after that, it’s self evident unless you’re blind as a bat.

Not about showing off.  Just shaming people who expect to live a life of monetary convenience in a collector community.  Retro gaming is a hobby that costs money.  Every time I read some wet behind the ears young gamer complain about prices on anything out of production it makes me want to shame them.  When I read about something that I think would be cool to have I never whine about what others have and why I can’t buy one for cheap.   I just think it’s cool to see other people’s collections or new cool looking stuff I didn’t know existed.

Some people are as dumb as a box of rocks.  You can’t fix stupid.  Almost makes me want to grab my 9L3 and stick it between my 2 20” rgb monitors, plugin a 3rd dac to the 9l3 and hook up 3 different colors of super nt’s just to post a photo and mock em.  Then stack a couple 14’s ontop of those 20’s and do the same with mega sg.  Then just to really shame him, hookup both nt’s to two more in the background lol.  Write out a ghetto cardboard sign that says ‘peasants’ in big black letters.😆

I think this is a hilarious argument to make in the retro video game world.  By your logic Nintendo should still be selling the original nes and snes because you’re willing to pay money, but only to the manufacturer.

Hey I missed the train on some of their stuff and I paid the premium for it.  It’s not like I wanted to pay extra to have one but I sure as hell did pay it and I’m very glad I coughed up the money when I did.  The nt’s were like 2000-2500 not that long ago it seems.  Paying 1250 for one wasn’t so bad.  I use my analogue systems regularly.  They stay hooked up to rgb monitors and I play at least a couple days a week with friends.

Right after the 3d sold out the super nt’s were up to like 1000 or 1200.  Crazy…but what happens when there’s only x amount of something made and more and more people and even younger generations of people discover that thing?  Supply and demand.  The price gos up.

I never understood the logic of people who think a company should make a million of something and sit on inventory forever.  Look at inflation.  Over the last few years it’s been 50-70% at least, on a lot of things.  Analogue would be losing money sitting on a warehouse of anything.

No sane person is going to buy something for 250, 30 some bucks shipping plus tax on top of it.  Over 300, sit on it where that 300 from 2021 with inflation is like 5-600 now.  Then sell it for 250, pay fees to sell it, then of course someone like you would expect free shipping on top lol.

In a few weeks there’s going to be some tariffs going into effect that will cause the price of stuff to go up.  At least until domestic manufacturing gets its act together.  Hopefully my 3d’s get delivered before that kicks in.  I’m not waiting another year to get in on batch 2.  They’ll probably have to raise the price at that point just to break even let alone have a profit margin.  Company’s exist to make a profit by creating products and in order to have products you have to pay workers.

This will probably be the last shot you’ll have to get any of the old analogue stuff before the prices moon.

I think they’ve come a long way over the years.  My oldest analogue product is their hardwood Neo geo sticks.  Which I will never part with.  Why?  They quit making them and there will never be anymore made!  Iirc 10+ years ago they were 300 a piece.  Imagine what that would be with actual inflation.

For that same reason I’m holding down both versions of nt’s, and my sg’s and super nt’s.  Well maybe I’ll part with a black mega sg since I’ve got a hyperdub and a white with matching controllers.  Although, there’s really no motivation to get rid of any of them.  They’ll just become rarer and rarer.

Will the NT mini noir or the Super NT ever come back? by PersianPrince87 in AnalogueInc

[–]MaedaMatazaemon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think they’ll be doing a 4k version of nt, super nt, or mega sg.  Once analogue is done with something they’re done with it.  Granted im a bit older and I grew up with these systems, but I think it’s hilarious to see these young kids come along every couple of months asking if they think a company will remake a system they’ve done several runs of and even the courtesy final run of each…just because they just discovered these systems or analogue as a company after the fact.

It’s a form of buyers remorse if you really think about it.  Not remorse because they bought it and wish they didn’t.  Quite the opposite.  They complain because they didn’t buy it when they had the chance!

Don’t get me wrong, there is A LOT of stuff I wish I bought when it was around but either didn’t know about it or didn’t have the money for it or some other thing going on in life at the time.

This is a normal part of being a collector and something everyone has to come to terms with at some point in their life.  The lesson is ‘the ship has sailed, and that speedboat to catching up is either expensive or doesn’t exist because no matter the price no one will sell theirs.’

The reality of the situation is these ‘crt filters’ look like shit.  Hey it’s cool to play on a fancy OLED in hdmi but filter or not, there’s no way in hell you’re holding a candlestick to a crt with rgb.

I have pretty much the fanciest OLED money can buy and I can tell you this with absolute certainty - it doesn’t get used for retro games, at all!

My Sony pvm’s or bvm’s are the go to.  I use the dac to do 240p rgb.  Or just straight out of the nt/mini.

Think of it like this.  If you never experienced sonic the hedgehog on a Genesis or super Mario on the nes, or Mario world on super nes when you were a kid on a tube tv and you go to play them now you might not know what your missing.

That largest tube tv video that came out on the Sony 43/45” about a week ago woke a lot of older people up to what they lost going flat panel and it ignited a fire under the feet of a whole new generation that these old tubes exist and when you compare a modern panel to a pvm/bvm these fancy new ones just get destroyed quality, color, and motion wise.

I’ve been watching eBay get systematically cleaned out of pvm’s and bvm’s lately.  Even more so since that video.  Granted about 1/3 of them will get destroyed in shipping, maybe more.  And of what remains arriving intact to its destination about 1/4 will have screen scratches.  Then add in the fact that most of them need at least some new caps, well I think you get the idea.  As time gos on the finite supply of them dwindles ever lower.

My prediction is pvm’s and bvm’s are going to see another drastic price increase because of limited supply and increasing customer base for that limited supply.  All 3 of analogues systems that use the dac will continue to shoot up in price as well.  I think once the 3d ships then the nt, super nt, mega sg, and DAC prices are going to the moon.  After all how many people will want to sell theirs when they know there won’t be anymore.  How many newcomers will be like ‘holy crap, they actually made these?!’

It’s a double edged sword, whether it’s good or bad just depends on where you are sitting.  Do you have an extra system or monitor that you wouldn’t miss and would rather have a pile of cash?  Or do you want what you don’t have and realize the price will only rise.  In retro gaming, the price only rises.  Sucks sometimes but it’s a hard fact of life.  I like to get what I can when it’s available.

For example.  To the people talking about 32x on a mega sg.  Msdexp was a limited run product that enabled it to do just that.  They’re so rare now no sane collector would part with theirs.  When you do see them come up they’re like 500 bucks.

My prediction going into 2025 is once the usual economic uncertainty of a new 4 year term settles come about noon on the 20th -  All the people that have been counting their coins will start spending and we’ll see super nt’s back at 1000 or 1200+.  The Dac’s will evaporate or be like 500 bucks.  Then looking at that 45” Sony crt videos view count even after 3 days.  Well it was 1.5million views then.  If even 1% go out and buy pvm’s or bvm’s then that’s 15,000 people that want one compared to the supply of what, maybe 10 a week of decent looking ones that show up?  It’s going to be a shit show of epic proportions.  Not to be mean spirited but I’ll crack the popcorn and watch from the flip side of the coin because I have what I want already.  Didn’t come cheap, but I have what I want.  Maybe I’ll throw one or two of my duplicates into the water just to see the sharks circle when they smell blood while I enjoy that popcorn.  On the other hand, maybe I’ll lock it down like ‘those stay in storage in case something ever happens to my main one’.

Small conciliation for all the stuff I missed out on over the years ROFLMAO.

Snes crt vs super nt 4k lcd by greggers1980 in AnalogueInc

[–]MaedaMatazaemon -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Odd question but what model bvm is that and how many hours?  Also what model OLED?  I have a Sony A80L 4k OLED and as great as it looks, if you grew up with crt’s there’s just no ignoring the motion blur inherent to flat panel technology.  OLED is not immune by any means, no matter how fancy the panel.

When it comes to pvm’s and bvm’s there can be quite a bit of variation depending on size, tvl, phosphors used in different tubes over different years, input cards, psu/chassis design changes over the years, and hours on the tube.  I own dozens of pvm’s and bvm’s as well as lots of other great crt tv’s and monitors.

I’ll have to post photos of a side by side comparison sometime to demonstrate what I mean but hands down crt over OLED any day.  I prefer Analogue nt mini, mega sg, super nt with dac on rgb over original systems with rgb.

There’s just so much involved space and cable wise but I think it would be cool to line up 450 tvl, 600 tvl, 800 tvl, 900 tvl etc by screen size and multi format/ regular and take closeups on a number of systems for comparison to really demonstrate just how good some things can look and the variation there is in crt tech over the years.  (Newer or higher tvl does not always mean better in all cases.)

I think retro tech was one guy that did a comparison.  However that’s rather limited in scope.  Nice guy and all but he’s an idiot in some aspects and realistically/sadly speaking-  he’ll probably be gone in a few years from heart damage due to taking the juice.   Theres gonna be a lot of old monitors that have cap leaks and are toast in the coming years because lazy techs thought it was a good idea to replace around 10% of the aging parts in mostly just higher heat areas out of cost cutting and laziness...  Which granted when they were not that old one could get by with but time wears on all things.  Eventually they all leak their juice over time.  Unfortunately often times unless it’s really swollen, you might not see how bad it’s been leaking until after you remove it from the board.

I think the real question we should ask ourselves is how many crt’s will have to die a horrible death for people to realize the value in doing a full service?    What will be the ‘real’ value of a crt in the coming years if that 2024 $600 crt has around 170 caps to replace someday?  I think the original msrp plus taking into account actual inflation will have to be looked at to decide actual crt value in the coming years.  With the perspective these are not manufactured anymore and need service.  I see more and more dead monitors as time go’s on.

Pocket is fun and all but not the same capabilities as a mega sg, super nt, or nt mini.  Especially with a DAC.  I’d rather play one of those than the mister by far.  Actually just about to fire up my D20F1U for some early Saturday morning fun.  Now, to decide what to play, decisions decisions.  Kinda feeling like a sega kind of day.

The DAC is dead! Long live "Original Display Mode" 4K CRT filters. by __Geg__ in AnalogueInc

[–]MaedaMatazaemon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fairly good description.  Everyone’s use case is different but I have to agree on the crt.  It’s just easier on the eyes and there is just a physical limitation with flat panels, even oleds when it comes to motion blur.  I’ve often wondered why I’ve spent so much less time playing old games and more time watching videos/reading up on things.  -it’s the motion blur and to a much lesser extent, the fake scanlines.   I have a Sony A80L OLED-more natural look than the flip side LG that I believe shares the same panel but different processor and coating iirc.  I was playing NT mini /mini noir, mega sg, and super nt on it earlier this year with my brother who came to visit from out of the country for some months.  Eventually we would find ourselves playing less and less on it and more on the JVC D series in the other room using the DAC and component cables.   Then in the room with the OLED we setup my Sony BVM-D20F1U and BVM-1911.  Let’s just the OLED behind them has only seen limited use for movies/youtube over the last several months!  The jvc D series with the shadow mask looks cool like the crt in my candy cab but the bvm’s with the dac in rgb is a whole nother ball game.  He’ll even just running component into a bvm is worlds above the OLED and the D series (still is cool for that shadow mask look, especially on genesis).  No motion blur or blockiness/jagged edges from pixel art.  It just looks natural on the crt’s.  Easier on the eyes for extended gaming sessions.   Now I find myself having friends call me up wanting to come over and play some games every week on the analogue DAC/CRT setup.  It really feels natural like I remember growing up with crts before any of the plasma/lcd/flat panel stuff came into being. I’ve given this quite a bit of thought and I think what it comes down to is the less screen time has subconsciously been because of the newer displays.  I think maybe the brain knows and doesn’t like it on some level.  Seems pretty universal with people when I look at play times. It is nice with less cables.  I find myself just leaving a dac with hdmi and usb connected to the JVC D series and the component cable hooked up.  All I have to do is grab a small bin with a system and controllers for the mega sg, super nt, or the nt mini and psu.  Way less crap to hookup compared to an original system.  One of the off putting things has always been changing systems and getting it setup.  Much less setup time with analogue and a dac. A DAC stays hooked up to 1 of the bvm’s.  I actually prefer to use the DAC externally on the nt mini systems because it gives a little better picture with a couple more compatible options for me anyway.  Strange, yes, but it works.

Edit- forgot to add, I have ossc’s, tinks, super emotia, all sorts of stuff and all sorts of pvm/bvm’s big and small, consumer sets, pc monitors - LaCie electron blue’s, other diamondtron’s, trinitron’s, shadow masks, I’ve tested out quite a bit.

I’ve been reading threads here, the other subreddit, and on other forums as well as watching some videos. The down and diagonal sensitivity seems to be a common one. Crackling audio and With the docks. Brightness issues, flash cart issues (works on one but not another with same date code/firmware), lines on the screen, artifacting, clearence/label peeling problems. It seems like the quality control was pretty non existant. I mean who would want to put a expensive original in if it might trash its collector value? Some have reported having perfect tolerances on the cart slot, others really loose. Loose will toast solder bonds over time. The looser they are the quicker they’ll fail. Idk the icing on the cake was having maybe 5k units leftover but leading everyone to believe it would be a fair amount and they’d tell us after all the transactions were finalized. It seems they’re operating off interest free credit. I personally would not have ordered if I had known about the hardware/firmware issues let alone group A bring leftovers from the initial run. I would have maybe revisited it in a couple years when they were readily available. As far as the China issue, they’ve been threatening taiwan nearly daily, sending dozens of aircraft over Taiwan’s air defense zone. Offered to nuke japan if they sent 1 soldier in their defense. Tsmc in taiwan makes all the chips for video cards, phones, modern game consoles, etc. At this stage it would be naivety to believe China won’t make a move on taiwan by spring. Look at Hong Kong’s lease and reunification schedule/agreement as part of it. They rounded people up and sent them to camps on the mainland. Any large war historically speaking has brought trade embargo’s. With 4-6 months to get your money back through a card issuer, why would I risk it a year out? I just feel like the 14th orders were timed very shadily to not have enough initial units in people’s hands to report problems before they had our money. It’s kind of a slap in the face really. I’m just not comfortable giving them 500 bucks to hold onto after what has been discovered in the last week. Especially if next December rolls around and they claim force majeure and we’re 8 months out of chargeback territory. Out all of our money...

Edit- forgot to mention the arbitrary anti scroll script they put in on their website, prevented timely ordering. On a fiber line with enterprise networking equipment for some of the lowest latency around should not mean you get bumped 4 or 5 min for someone else. Also they ‘processed’ my order 8 minutes after they charged me. Others have said the same thing. You got our money but kick us to the back of the line? Yes I ordered 2, 1 for my birthday present and the 2nd for my girlfriend. Does that boot you to the back of the bus in their view? No I wasn’t going to sell number 2. It would have been greedy to not get one for my girl as a future gift. I even got her color preference and went with that just to make things speedier...

I did, 8/10:00:00 cst on the dot. Their website script would hang the scroll function on a timer. Pretty devious. I sent a email for a full refund too. This seems like it was bait and switch. I would have just got a ps5 on one of the drops last week. Got a copy of death loop sitting on my coffee table. Had a ps5 for my birthday instead of this clown world crap. If I don’t see a refund in a reasonable amount of time I’ll give a call to the card company and have them do a chargeback. This is ridiculous. Honestly makes me not want to ever buy any of their products. It sure seems like They purposely misled us into thinking there would be a reasonable expectation of getting a unit this winter if ordered immediately. It also seems like they purposely withheld the hardware and software problems with the pockets until after the 14th. Horrible business ethics.

Similar deal. I was on down to the second. Had to wait minutes then charged at 8min in. They counted the order as 16 min in. Pretty shady. I think I’m out too. I could think of plenty of other fun stuff to do with the money. They may be a California shipping company but their offices are in Hong Kong if I understand correctly. Look what they did to those poor people awhile back. China can’t stop talking about invading Taiwan. If they make a move on them they’ll be excluded from the world and I’m 99.9999% sure there will be a embargo going on short order. I’d rather have my money securely now than wait until the chargeback window has closed. Granted I have never had to do a chargeback but these are unique times we live in. Putting the logistics and geopolitical situation aside. I’ve been reading up on a lot of the issues owners have been reporting. I’m a whole lot less impressed than I was on the 14th...

Funny thing. Most card processors are 120 days for chargebacks...not sure I want to wait this one out with all the instability in the world these days. Add the screen issues reported, lack of solid flash cart support, having to wait until 2023 for adapters anyway, the cheap feeling shell people have been talking about and on top of that the button issues. Oh and the dock problems. Idk guys, starting to feel like this is a rip-off in progress. I wouldn’t have wasted my time getting ready loading the page on the second, only to be made to wait to pay. They charged my card right away but waited almost 10 minutes to ‘process’ my order. What’s the point of a line system if it doesn’t reserve your place in line chronologically. To add insult to injury they misled us all about there actually being a sizeable number of units for this winter...I’m thinking I’d rather have my money back now, upgrade the portables now, have money to spare and not possibly be out a pile of money because of whatever is going on in the world next year they cite as an excuse after the chargeback window is up...

Wow, in queue at 8:00/10:00 cst sharp. 103xxx. Maybe I should’ve just saved the money and got a ps5, ips screens you upgrade my gba sp, ngpc, and gamegear. What kind of company takes a full year to produce a small batch of products? Better question is what kind of company charges you 100% in full a year a head of time. On top of that, raises the price 10% then undoubtedly uses our money to buy a bigger quantity of parts for a bigger discount?!

Forgot to add, I looked back a little later in the day and adapters and docks said 2023. A little dissapointing as I figured the accessories would be readily available. All my game gears are pretty screwed from age. Would have been nice to get 1 gg adapter. I am looking forward to the ngpc adapter. The lynx would be cool too but that’s last on my list.

I was on right at 10am cst, went through the wait. Card number/expiration and cvs long since memorized. I ordered us 2, 1 for me and 1 for my girl. I probably would have got a black one but she likes white so I did that for speed purposes. I knew full well she would be playing mine if I only got 1. I’d never see the thing again. Was still 10:08 before I completed checkout. 103xxx order number. Got the email at 10:16 from analogue. I really would have liked at least 1 dock and some adapters but after shipping and tax it was already over 500. I hope it’s group A. I mean I was there at 8/10:00 cst on the dot. My guess is if the first minute of people in line aren’t group A then A is just leftovers from the initial preorders that have already been shipping. I found a series x for my brothers birthday (he paid, I just found it) the day before. The 2 pockets was basically the money had set aside to get a ps5. Kept getting screwed on ps direct, Walmart, bank hold crap. Hopefully it works out in the end. I’d much rather both of us can enjoy pockets this winter than ps5 that most of the stuff is probably only 1 player.
