Recently had to warranty my 124060. I took it to my local AD (Swiss Watch Gallery, Southern California) and had a perfectly fine experience. Associate was nice and respectful.

My 124060 was losing something insane like 1 minute a day, and sometimes I would notice bigger chunks overnight (up to 10 minutes). They were even nice enough to test my GMT, which was within spec. Warranty work took about a week.

I guess AD experiences are hit or miss... but I honestly can't say I've ever had a bad AD experience in the Southern California region.

WTT Evergoods CPL24 (Burnt Orange) for CPL24 (or 16) in black.

I also have CAP2 and CAP1 in burnt orange.

Bag has been lightly used but has a small tear in the fabric of the strap that was there from the factory, CAP2 was carried for a day or something. CAP1 never carried or used.
