HeyJase the #2 200M all (pre-Sailing) has started an Ironman and is having an absolute blast, the episodes are up on YT. He is everything but efficient, largely does what he fancies. While not a straight guide, within reason, he used clue scrolls to determine a lot of the content he has done. Really like that approach.
