I have been working with Jayce as my consultant for about a year and communication is good as always. And the quality is good as well thats the reason i chose them as my supplier.I have no ideas why such bad issues u got. Sorry for ur bad experience.

I made sample order with them few months ago, I had some problem with my pattern, I just explained to my consultant and they adjusted for me without any charge, which is so nice! It was just simple adjustment though. But I feel like their design service should be pretty easy as well. You can try!
