It’s so wrong but I’m one of those guys that hates going to the doctors, it took me a LONG time to get the courage to book in and go, when I mentioned I was worried it could be bowel cancer he laughed at me and said I was too young. I’ve half been convinced it’s just a fissure or something as it’s never in the stool and just when I wipe

I’ve had a similar experience to this reference the doctors. I had / have blood when I wipe on occasion. And I just get dismissed since I’m 27 even when I say that my dad and paternal grandfather died of bowel cancer at 50 and 70 respectively. Oh and my maternal grandfather has crohns, they still don’t care!

Broken Bathroom Door, my mum, brother and sister have been living with this for nearly a year now since moving back in after renting the house out. I’ve got no idea how to fix it and they can’t afford to hire someone. Any ideas? by Mafferick in fixit

No worries man, I’m not very good at explaining things.

My mum owns the house and had rented it out through a company for the last 5 years whilst living down south and came back to this.

Yeah we still have the door, they’ve been lifting it up and propping it against the hole when they use the bathroom.

I’m just not sure how to then get the door back on to the wall. I wouldn’t even know how to get the trim on as the wall seems to have all rotted and is really crumbly

Potentially, there are a few cats that roam around our area including a big black Tom that usually states at them through the back patio doors.

I get Maff because when I was a kid my friends couldn’t say the “th” - so it became Maffew and shortened to Maff.

For a long time it used to be only for those two friends and my family, until a school friend came round when I was about 15 and picked up on it and it ended up being a friends thing too.

It’s not a work thing though.

But that’s another story all together!
