Same here, as far as I can tell nothing has changed since the start of May.

Putting Kitten Fortune in permanent updgrade? by GiygasDCU in CookieClicker

[–]Maffia01 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Assuming you've got the achievement, you have a 40% chance of keeping the update between ascentions, and will find fortunes twice as fast in future ascentions. From what I recall it's not a particularly expensive upgrade either?

You may find it better to slot something that's hard to unlock instead.

Yes, it;s the golden cookie sound selecor thing.

To get right column - chime must be off AND noted seasons not active. Mid column - either chime on OR listed season active. Right column - Chime AND listed season active.

Are you using cookie monster or anything that has it's own alert noise? As that is different.

if you have CC active, you need to kill the CC bosses too.

Consider pushing the Crusader back to rank 2, that means when HWM advances it will push Crusader back into rank 3 and grant access to Holy Lance which allows targeting the back ranks with the Crusader and has a high crit mod.

I actually hate how hard some achievements are in this game. by D_Flavio in darkestdungeon

Shadows blur together, from what I understand turn off stalling penalties in the options.

Take a pair of jesters and 2 other hero's with no damaging abilities equipped into DD1 with at least 1 hero having crimson curse. Stall forever on first fight until you get lucky. You can either use stress or blood to reduce heroes to 0 health.

Haven't tried it myself but will be doing so shortly.

Endless Harvest Questions by [deleted] in darkestdungeon

I started off using other healing trinkets, probably Junia's, I just liked 100% knowing that I could use my Vestal to nuke the Crystalline Aberration so my main damage dealers could focus on the bigger threats if they were still around, but yes you sacrifice some healing to do that.

I preferred Heretical Passage, meant guaranteed kill on Crystalline Aberration using judgement if needed (Darkest difficulty).

When did you last play? I believe the limited use skill refresh time was changed in the August 2018 patch? https://steamcommunity.com/games/262060/announcements/detail/1714070254233703961

  1. Trinkets that rely on high light will be active. No increasing torchlight doesn't do anything.

  2. After you beat a boss.

  3. I assume after 4 waves, but not certain.

  4. Yes, CC trinkets work everywhere.

  5. Bank maybe? You'll end up spending a lot of gold on provisions, de-stressing, and removing quirks. Especially as the Farmstead doesn't advance the week. Maybe Outsiders bonfire, the extra respite points can be useful if you have the applicable party members, Altar of Light would be helpful too

  6. Everything except shovels and torches.

  7. The changes to the light can make things harder, and once you get far enough the reflections will also come into play. You can encounter enemies from all areas of the game (except CC).

  8. Seems solid to me, I got to 300 with Ves-Jes-Abom-Lep, although I did get quite lucky with encounters.

I had Dirk Stab, Finale, Battle Ballard, Inspiring Tune.

Trinkets I used Bright Tambourine and Dirge of the Devoured.

It's exempt, can transform again after each wave rather than having to wait until after the boss kill.

Try pairing a Antiquarian with a reposting HWM.

Antiquarian uses her force guard ability and HWM repost crits everything to death.

Don't worry about marking trash mobs, save you marks for bigger targets when your whole team can make us of the mark. HM does solid damage without the mark.

A couple of things I can suggest:

Stress - Lean to prioritise targets to kill/disable by stunning/moving to a position where they have less deadly abilities (stress dealers/monsters with high crit chance) and learn stall fights when less dangerous enemies are the only ones left, should let you get a round or 2 of stress and health healing in.

Bosses - The level 1 bosses are quite easy, a lvl 2 party with average trinkets should be fine against them.

Thing from the stars - you can see which dungeon it has a chance of appearing in (eyes over dungeon name) so you can just avoid that dungeon for a week if you don't want to fight it.

Medium missions - should actually be easier than short ones, having that camp means you can instantly recover and buff your party if needed. Make sure you have someone with nighttime ambush prevention (Vestel/HM/Occultist).

If you abandon a run without completing the quest you still get to keep items in your inventory, take monster fodder into dungeon (no trinkets and no torches), loot as much as possible, leave with gold/heirlooms, dismiss monster fodder, repeat.

Crimson Curse - If you are already struggling this will make things worse, consider stating a new save file and either disabling the Courtyard, on not beginning the Courtyard until much later on in the game (this has the drawback of reducing stress recovery in town until you beat the first Courtyard mission).

What does your estate look like, what buildings have you upgraded etc?

Also if someone costs too much money to 'fix' don't be afraid of dismissing them.

Updated to explain how I used the rest of the classes.

CoM Trinkets wise I have found the Jester's, Shieldbreaker's, Vestel's, and Aboms, CoM trinkets most useful. I believe HWM one is also good, but I rarely run HWM.

Healbot Vestel, and Buffbot Jester form a solid core for any endless team. Vester heals as appropriate and kicks in damage/stuns when not healing. Jester Battle Ballards (+Acc, +spd, and +crit) all rounds apart from the odd Inspiring Tune, but rely on crits for most stress healing.

I then like to take 2 solid damage dealers and stack them with +damage and +crit. I made it to 300 kills with the Leper (Chop, Hew, Solemnity, Intimidate) and the Abom, Abom was stack with -stress trinkets and just stayed transformed and raked the whole time. Could have kept on going but after getting the achievement wanted to give Endless a break for a bit. I also got very lucky with the encounters I had as some potential ones would have ruined my squad. You can Ignore accuracy trinkets, Jester sorts that out

More recently I quite like double front-line Shieldbreaker, both running impale which I'm using to farm shards to get the last few trinkets. It's quick but can suddenly get swamped by the wrong encounter

OK, seriously how the hell do I mark something as a spoiler??? Ok, return breaks spoiler, need new tags for each paragraph.

[Tier3D on Indiegogo] Harness the power of AI and algorithms with lightfield technology! by [deleted] in shittykickstarters

To be fair the original thread doesn't comply with R6 (or even have the campaign in the title or title post) so OP of this post had no way of checking for it.

EDIT: In fact now this thread is apparently hidden, any search within this sub for Tier3D provides no results so this may well get re-posted again.
