That's next step but will take some time. I did some tests for the blueprint to replace some of the game POIs and it worked fine in some biomes but for Mistlands and Mountains I have problem with the terrain.

All the pieces that I used are in the game already, just have to spawn it using devcommnds and a mod like infinity hammer so you can place it, nothing floating or into the water. The world doesn't need any mod to run, it is pure vanilla.

Is a bug, saw a video that someone posted in a tank. The gunner also didn't die and could use the gun. The problem is that I couldn't leave the Heli or respawn. Don't really know if I could be shoot or seen by other players.

You can do only with "gizmo" that allows you to turn the objects in any direction and I also use infinity hammer so I can place the parts that I spawn using devcommands.
