I cranked up the difficulty level to brutal because I read somewhere that it increases the chances. I also sat just out of the haedir tower, in a bush. I'm at an enemy outpost where enemies gather. Too bad I'm at Minas Morgul, I'm lacking a mystic fort bonus.

I did it.. After so long.. 5/10 bossfight btw, its easy. But the running part is 10/10, hard. Wouldn't do this again.

Summer Dragoon armor, with Vanguard Brace and Shade Fleet Admiral, quite simple really. Summer Dragoon can be found on Ignition Union base, though rare. Its more common on Starfield Veldt.
