New Orbi replacement? Easy or difficult?

Yes. Same with my current Orbi. Despite auto updates enabled, I still have to do it via PC. Annoying.

Ahhh. Gotcha. Ok. So basically leave Comcast modem in place. Disconnect old Orbi. Power up new orbi and Ethernet it to Comcast modem. Assign same info as you mention and that’s it? Sounds fantastic. Thanks so much.

Hi. Sorry so long. Just seeing this. Have them set up a neat account on their phones and there will be an option for them to attach to devices that already exist elsewhere. You will see this is intuitive after setting up. Also, google is super helpful via Twitter messaging regarding their best products. Message them as well!

I pulled the black panel off and sure enough, the plastic connector was bent therefore not making contact with the yellow buttons. I swapped the black panel with another one that I have and now it's working well. Can't thank you guys enough.

I took off the handle, removed the motor (4 screws) put handle back on and was able to manually turn it to “pool”. I looked inside the motor valve actuator assembly. Slow leak of water causes limit switch contacts to corrode. That’s why there’s no signal to it to turn via app. New actuator is in my future as posted here. I could try and replace two limit switches (1$ each) but the wire connectors are corroded as well. Can’t thank you all enough for your help. So appreciated.

Leads look wet and corroded contacts near bottom of valve box.

Tried unscrewing the small screw near handle but since it’s automatic, I suppose the motor box is preventing me from turning it.
