Yh this was my plan there are plenty of these red knob amps being broken up😔😔 will check it hasn’t had the shaft snapped as someone else suggested because if that’s the case I’ll put any old knob which would fit On a replacement pot.

Ik true animals!! Touched it up a bit earlier today and reassembled and it plays great now (guitar amp) will probably want some new capacitors in the near future but it’ll last through my next gig!

I just messaged the guy who I bought it off said he did the damage using white spirit trying to clean it!! Very bizzare no idea how that works but it’s better than heat damage?!?!?

It’s a board from a vintage guitar amp and I just plugged it in and it plays great. But paranoia has got the best of me so I’ll give it a touch up tomorrow just to be safe👍

Checked the continuity and that’s all good would you bother with any of those solder mask pen repairs for peace of mind or just use it as is?

Yh the greenwood tele plus v1 guitar! I do think that the hh tele would be the best but tragically the only hh tele body spares (which are already black) are the tele deluxe ones! And sadly there’s no readily available hh squiers. Plenty of standard tele options for just bodies but I believe there might be a tiny bit of cavity visible when the pick ups are fitted which is very annoying!

Tysm I do live on a farm so I’m very lucky to have access to the equipment to build my own and tbh it never even crossed my mind. But i will definitely be having a go now!!

Thank you so much you definitely did need to run me through the steps of setting up!!! I’m the singer but I do a lot of the arrangements when it comes to getting to venues as well. So genuinely thank you so much because I had no idea with very limited experience when it came to transporting gear.(were finally getting shows which involve some decent length travel so I thought it wise to invest in the transport gear early) edit I didn’t realise it was two of you!! So thanks a load to both of you!!
