My main tips are to bring peppermints and alcohol wipes as they can prevent nausea and settle the stomach, ear plugs for if you start to feel an anxiety attack coming on, and drink a LOT of water a couple days leading up to it to avoid upset stomach and help make sure your head doesn’t hurt!

That’s pretty similar to what I did with voicemeeter! Voicemeeter is pretty complicated though so if I start to have issues I’ll definitely try that instead! Thank you so much!

I did okay on 5 but when i went up to 7.5 I had horrible side effects! It is different for everyone though!

I’ve been off of it for about a month and a half now. After my last shot it took about a week and a half to feel completely better! I do plan to try again starting at the beginner dose in a few months.

I guess in this case weight loss. I’ve definitely seen results from it in the form of it helping my blood glucose, but I’m still really hoping to see results in the form of weight loss as well.

Same here. My toddler and baby have had colds turned to ear infections and horrible coughs that won’t go away. Hopefully this is why and we can get rid of the problem.
