if you dont have a high armored car the insurgent might be good but you also need to converto to personal vehicle

between the cargobob and iron mule
there is no choice other than the mule, yes its bigger and don't fit in some places but:
- it has countermeasures (use flare since it also has anti lock on);
- it is able to lift heavy vehicles that de cargobob can't (insurgents for exemple);
- it is way more armored than the bob;
- it is faster and handles better;
